Why "Oz(ymandias)"?

Although his formal name is Ozymandias, the pup is actually named after the character "Oz" from Buffy (as a tribute to Xander, who was also named after a character from the show... a show I've never really watched but have now requested season 3 from the library!) The "O" name fits in with Olive and her boyfriend Oscar and other good dogpark buddy, Oly (named after the beer).

Who knew there could be so much depth in a dog name?
